Keyboard layout converter
Paste text typed in the wrong layout and pick the language: in Russian ghbdtn becomes привет, in Hebrew akuo becomes שלום. The direction is detected automatically.
Russian uses the standard Windows layout. The other languages use the layouts built into macOS. On Windows some characters sit on other keys, and in Arabic and Persian that includes several letters.
On a Mac, you don't have to fix it by hand
LayFlip notices a word typed in the wrong layout and fixes it when you press Space, as you type. The layout switches with the word, and a double Shift undoes the fix.

How to convert
- Paste the text into the field.
- Pick the language. Text with more Latin letters is converted from English to it, other text to English. Text in Greek, Hebrew, Arabic or Persian letters, and Russian or Ukrainian text with letters unique to them, switches the language by itself. You can change the direction too.
- Click Copy and paste the result where you need it.
What gets converted
Letters and the symbols on the same keys. Arabic and Persian also get their own digits. Spaces, line breaks and characters the layout has no key for stay as they are.
Why it happens
The layout switched at the wrong moment, or you started typing without checking it. Each key carries a Latin letter and a letter of your language, so שלום typed on the English layout comes out as akuo. The converter swaps every character for its pair on the same key.
Your text stays with you
The conversion runs in your browser. The text is not sent to a server and is not stored.
