LayFlip License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Zanforge LTD, the publisher of LayFlip ("we"). By installing or using LayFlip you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install LayFlip.

1. Trial
You may use LayFlip free of charge for 14 days from its first launch on a Mac. After the trial, LayFlip needs a license key to keep correcting text.
2. License
When you buy LayFlip you receive a license key. The key lets you use every 1.x version of LayFlip on up to 2 Macs at the same time. A key for version 1.x does not unlock version 2.x or later.
You may move the license to another Mac by releasing your Macs with the link in your purchase email. The number of releases is not limited, but we may review repeated releases that suggest the key is shared.
3. What you may not do
- share or publish your license key, or sell it separately from the purchase;
- work around the license check in the app you received from us;
- decompile, reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law allows it;
- use LayFlip in a way that breaks the law.
4. Your data
LayFlip corrects text on your Mac. What you type is not stored or sent to us. The app contacts our server only to register your Mac for the license and to check for updates. Details are in the privacy policy.
5. Updates
Updates within version 1.x are free. We may stop publishing updates for a version at any time; the versions you already have keep working with your key.
6. No warranty
LayFlip is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is free of errors or fits a particular purpose. Check important text before you send it.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to LayFlip is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
The license ends if you break this agreement. We may revoke a license key that was obtained by fraud or refunded through a chargeback.
